  6. Objection Period: An objection period of 30 days from the last announcement of the trademark is allowed. During this time, interested parties can raise objections.

  7. Trademark Registration: The trademark must be registered within 30 days after the objection period has lapsed.

  8. Delay Fines for Publication Fees: If there are delays in payment of trademark publication fees, a fine of AED 100 can be imposed, with a maximum of AED 1000 annually. Part of a month is calculated as a full month.
